Over the next few months, the all new ENYDCTA board will be discussing the 2006 season planning budgets & setting dates – but to make our calendar and directory as complete as
possible, we need your dates and information to pass along to all the members!
And we need you to renew your membership!

Details:

• Information for the directory is obtained either from completion of the specified directory form or from your membership form (except as regards horse ’s names). This form is not a
  membership renewal form.
• All members receive a copy of the directory, but only those members who have renewed
  their membership by March 4, 2005 will be listed. All memberships after this date will appear as directory updates in the Piaffe Flyer .
• Members and non-members are allowed to advertise, but only members receive the directory.
• Members are listed alphabetically by last name. Services will appear in a separate listing area.
• Finished size of the directory is 5"w x 8"h.
• To have your horse ’s name appear in the directory, you must use this form.
• To have your service listed in the directory, you must use this form.

To Advertisers:

• Please complete this form if you will be advertising in the directory.
• Payment must accompany all advertisements.
• All ads must be camera ready – preferably electronic format (.tif,.gif,.jpeg,bitmap,.pdf). All
  hard copy ads will be scanned into electronic format. Email ads to: irishelk@yahoo.com
• Please remember: ads may appear darker/lighter than the original; electronic submission is highly encourage for best quality ;scanning is great but no guarantees on quality of final product.
• Ads are placed in the directory at the discretion of the editor, except ads specifically purchased for front inside, back inside or back cover.
• No phone ads accepted.
• For creation of your ad, please add $15 to the price of your desired ad size.
